Product Description
Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) | Ultra-High Purity Powder
Product Overview
Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) is a colorless, insoluble inorganic compound widely regarded as the "Silicon of Photonics." Due to its exceptional piezoelectric and electro-optic properties, it is an irreplaceable material in modern telecommunications and advanced photonics.
At Shandong Yinglang Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 2016, we supply Ultra-High Purity (4N / 99.99%) Lithium Niobate powder, engineered as the premium precursor for single-crystal growth and advanced electronic ceramics. With our ppm-level control over transition metal impurities, we ensure your crystals exhibit flawless optical transparency.
Technical Specifications (COA)
For optical crystal growth, trace impurity control is critical. Typical specifications for our 4N Grade:
| Purity (LiNbO3) | ≥ 99.99% (4N) |
|---|---|
| Iron (Fe) | ≤ 3 ppm |
| Copper (Cu) | ≤ 2 ppm |
| Silicon (Si) | ≤ 10 ppm |
Key Applications
- Single Crystal Growth: The primary precursor for growing LiNbO3 boules and wafers via the Czochralski method.
- Telecommunications: Essential for optical modulators in 5G/6G networks.
- Acoustic Wave Devices: Core component for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters in smartphones.
- Nonlinear Optics: Used for second-harmonic generation (SHG) in laser systems.
🔬 Superior Impurity Control for Photonics
Transition metals like Iron (Fe) can damage the optical properties of crystals. We restrict these impurities to the lowest possible ppm levels, guaranteeing maximum optical transmission and high damage threshold for your photonics applications.
Packaging Options
To maintain 4N purity and prevent environmental contamination:
- 25 KG Vacuum-sealed PE bags in UN-approved Fiber Drums.
- Custom small-volume packaging (1 KG / 5 KG) available for R&D centers.

FAQ
Q1: What documents and certifications do you provide?
A Standard shipment includes COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (SDS). We also provide ISO 9001 certification and support third-party inspections like SGS or BV upon request.
Q2: Do you provide custom synthesis or formulation services?
A Yes. If you have specific purity requirements or a unique formulation, our R&D team can provide custom synthesis and adjust the stabilizers/inhibitors to meet your technical specifications.
Q3: What are your terms of payment?
A
For Orders ≤ $1,000: 100% in advance.
For Orders > $1,000: 30% T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable for bulk orders.
Q4: How long is your price valid?
A Chemical prices fluctuate due to the changes in raw material costs and exchange rates. Please contact our sales team for the latest real-time quotation.
Q5: What packaging and shipping ports are available?
A
We normally ship from Qingdao, Shanghai, or Ningbo.
Standard packaging includes 200kg Drums or 1000kg IBC Totes. We ensure strict safety compliance for both general and hazardous chemical cargoes.
Q6: It's my first time importing chemicals — can you help?
A Absolutely. Importing chemicals requires specific documentation. Our experienced logistics team will assist you with the entire process, including handling customs clearance documents and arranging the most suitable shipping method.
