In the ring-opening polymerization of Nylon 6, water acts as a chain terminator. Even trace amounts of moisture in your Caprolactam feedstock will prematurely halt the polymer chain growth, drastically lowering the Relative Viscosity (RV) of your PA6 chips and severely compromising the tensile strength of your spun yarns or molded parts. Yinglang Chemical’s Caprolactam maintains ultra-low moisture levels (≤ 100 ppm) and is packed in strictly sealed, double-barrier bags, guaranteeing that your reactors achieve peak molecular weights and perfectly consistent batch-to-batch viscosity.

A Yes. If you have specific purity requirements or a unique formulation, our R&D team can provide custom synthesis and adjust the stabilizers/inhibitors to meet your technical specifications.
Q3: What are your terms of payment?

For Orders ≤ $1,000: 100% in advance.
For Orders > $1,000: 30% T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable for bulk orders.

Q5: What packaging and shipping ports are available?

We normally ship from Qingdao, Shanghai, or Ningbo.
