Product Description
Lithium Silicate Solution | Premium Concrete Densifier
Product Overview
Lithium Silicate is a clear, water-based, and environmentally friendly inorganic liquid. Characterized by its high ratio of silica to lithium and tiny molecular size, it possesses extraordinary penetrating and binding capabilities. It is globally recognized as the ultimate active ingredient for premium concrete densifiers, hardeners, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion marine coatings.
At Shandong Yinglang Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 2016, we supply industrial-grade Lithium Silicate aqueous solutions. Manufactured under strict quality control, our zero-VOC solution ensures ultra-deep penetration without the unsightly "efflorescence" (whitening) commonly associated with cheaper sodium or potassium silicates. We provide stable, massive bulk liquid supply for flooring contractors and paint manufacturers worldwide.
Technical Specifications (COA)
We supply highly stable aqueous solutions. Below are the typical specifications for our standard 20-23% Solid Content Grade:
| Appearance | Clear, slightly viscous liquid |
|---|---|
| Solid Content | 20.0% - 23.0% |
| Li2O Content | 2.0% - 2.5% |
| SiO2 Content | 18.0% - 20.0% |
| pH Value (at 25°C) | 10.5 - 11.5 |
Key Applications
- Concrete Densifiers & Hardeners: Deeply penetrates concrete floors to form insoluble Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) gels. It permanently dust-proofs, hardens, and seals warehouse floors and parking garages without surface whitening.
- Marine Anti-Corrosion Coatings: Acts as a superior inorganic binder for high-performance zinc-rich primers, protecting steel structures from severe marine corrosion.
- Welding Rod Binders: Utilized as an advanced, moisture-resistant binder in the manufacturing of specialty welding electrodes.
🏗️ Why Choose Lithium Over Sodium Silicate?
For flooring professionals, Lithium Silicate is a game-changer. Unlike traditional sodium silicates that require rigorous scrubbing and flushing with water after application, our Lithium Silicate leaves no sweeping residues and no white efflorescence. Its smaller molecular size ensures deeper penetration, saving massive labor costs on the job site.
Bulk Liquid Packaging
As a non-hazardous liquid, we offer highly cost-effective bulk packaging for global ocean freight:
- 1000 KG / 1200 KG IBC Totes (Highly recommended for direct job-site pumping).
- 200 KG / 230 KG Heavy-duty Plastic Drums.

FAQ
Q1: What documents and certifications do you provide?
A Standard shipment includes COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (SDS). We also provide ISO 9001 certification and support third-party inspections like SGS or BV upon request.
Q2: Do you provide custom synthesis or formulation services?
A Yes. If you have specific purity requirements or a unique formulation, our R&D team can provide custom synthesis and adjust the stabilizers/inhibitors to meet your technical specifications.
Q3: What are your terms of payment?
A
For Orders ≤ $1,000: 100% in advance.
For Orders > $1,000: 30% T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable for bulk orders.
Q4: How long is your price valid?
A Chemical prices fluctuate due to the changes in raw material costs and exchange rates. Please contact our sales team for the latest real-time quotation.
Q5: What packaging and shipping ports are available?
A
We normally ship from Qingdao, Shanghai, or Ningbo.
Standard packaging includes 200kg Drums or 1000kg IBC Totes. We ensure strict safety compliance for both general and hazardous chemical cargoes.
Q6: It's my first time importing chemicals — can you help?
A Absolutely. Importing chemicals requires specific documentation. Our experienced logistics team will assist you with the entire process, including handling customs clearance documents and arranging the most suitable shipping method.
